"After shopping in over half a dozen bridal boutiques - including flagship stores for designers in London and Barcelona - I never had as wonderful an experience as I did at Gown Boutique. Because I live in London I was only able to visit the shop three times - once to shop, once to fit and once to try on right before the big day. Gown Boutique always made it easy for me by catering to my tight schedule which was much appreciated. The service - from making the appointments to having the fitting was absolutely top notch. Terri and Krista even mailed out swatches of the bridesmaid dresses to my vendors and maid of honor. I shopped with Terri who helped me try on a myriad of styles and accessories until I found the one! I was the only person in the shop and her patience and attention to detail were amazing. She really listened to everything that I was looking for as well as asking how it would tie in to the whole look of the wedding. I was stressed about only having a single fitting but didn't need to be. When I came to collect the dress three days before the wedding it fit like a glove - not a single thing out of place. I couldn't have asked for anything more."
